New in town?

Come for the ride. Stay for the people.

Making friends as an adult is weirdly hard. Making them when you just moved to Ashburn is harder. Turns out the shortcut is showing up to the same room, at the same time, with the same people, until the front desk knows your name and the rider next to you saves your bike.

The real product

A gym is a building. This is a crew.

At a big gym, you're anonymous by design: headphones in, eyes down, everyone on their own program. A rhythm studio is the opposite. Same class times, same instructors, same regulars, and 45 minutes of riding to the same beat does something to a room full of strangers.

You don't have to be outgoing. Routine does the introductions for you.

Where the friendships start

Instructors set the tone

Our instructors learn names, celebrate milestone rides, and make the room feel like a group of people, not a class of strangers.

Theme rides & events

From themed playlists to holiday rides and charity rides, there's always something on the calendar that's more party than workout.

The before-and-after

The lobby ten minutes before class is where "hey, you're always on bike 14" turns into actual plans.

Which ride to start with

Your first ride

Classic Any Classic ride works, but the fastest way in is a themed or event ride, where talking to strangers is basically the format.

Today was my 25th class at CycleBar, and for the first time I caught myself calling this place my second home!
