First time? Good.

Everyone in that room had a first ride.

Worried you're not fit enough, that you'll be the only new one, that everyone will somehow know? Here's the secret: the room is dark, your resistance knob is private, and the person next to you is thinking about themselves, not you.

Let's just say it

What you're actually worried about

“I'm not fit enough.”

There's no fitness requirement. You control your own resistance and pace the entire ride. Going easier is invisible; the lights are low and no one can see your settings but you.

“I'll look clueless.”

We ask first-timers to arrive early so we can set up your bike, show you the shoes, and walk you through everything before class starts. You will not be figuring anything out in the dark.

“Everyone will know I'm new.”

They won't. And even if they did, this is a studio where the front desk learns your name, not a place that grades you.

How your first ride works

Short version here, full detail on the First Visit page:

1

Book a Classic ride and arrive 15 minutes early.

2

We check you in, get you cycling shoes (included), and fit your bike to you.

3

Ride at your own pace. Resistance is always your call.

4

That's it. The playlist does most of the work.

Which ride to start with

Start with Classic

Classic Our signature 45-minute rhythm ride and the right first ride: the instructor cues everything, every move has an easier option, and the music carries you through it.

Once you've done one, the rest of the schedule makes sense.

From riders who were nervous too

★★★★★

I was a little nervous going into it because I knew nothing about spin bikes, but the instructor Kailee walked me through everything.

Shoes included. Judgment not.

Your first ride is the hardest to book, not to ride.
