CycleBar Ashburn is a locally owned and operated CycleBar franchise studio. This page explains, in plain English, how our studio and this website handle your information. It supplements the CycleBar / Extraordinary Brands Privacy Policy, which applies to all CycleBar studios, including ours. If anything here conflicts with that policy, the brand policy governs.
Contact details (name, email, phone) when you fill out a form on this site, text or call the studio, or sign up for the intro offer. Booking and account information (classes booked, attendance, membership or package details, waiver) through ClubReady, the booking system behind our schedule and purchase pages. Payment details are processed by our payment systems; this website does not store your card number. Ride stats (distance, power, calories) generated when you ride, which we email to you after class. Basic website activity through cookies and similar technologies, including from embedded services like Google reviews and Google Maps.
To run your classes and account: bookings, check-in, waivers, class reminders, and receipts. To respond when you contact us. To send marketing email or texts if you've opted in; you can leave those lists at any time and still keep riding with us. To improve this website and understand how riders find us.
If you opt in to texts from CycleBar Ashburn, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Your text messaging opt-in consent is not shared with third parties.
Service providers that run our operations, such as ClubReady (booking and membership) and our communications platform for email and texting. CycleBar corporate and its affiliates, as described in the brand privacy policy. Nobody else, except where the brand policy describes it (for example, where the law requires it). We don't sell your contact information.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, and embeds services from third parties, like the Google reviews widget, Google Maps, and the ClubReady schedule, which may set their own cookies. Their privacy policies apply to what they collect.
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to update or delete your contact information by emailing ashburn@cyclebar.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, opt-out of targeted advertising). Our services and this website are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Minors ride at the studio only with a guardian-signed waiver.
