CycleBar Ashburn is a locally owned and operated CycleBar franchise studio. These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain, in plain English, the rules for using this website and for riding with us. They supplement the CycleBar / Extraordinary Brands Terms of Use, which apply to all CycleBar studios, including ours. If anything here conflicts with that brand agreement, the brand Terms of Use govern. By using this site or booking a class with us, you agree to these Terms.
This website is operated by CycleBar Ashburn, an independently owned franchise. When these Terms say "we," "us," or "our," they mean the Ashburn studio. When they refer to CycleBar as a brand or company, that means EB CycleBar Franchising and its affiliates, whose brand Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to you.
By accessing this site, booking a class, buying an intro offer or package, or starting a membership, you accept these Terms, the brand Terms of Use, our Studio Policies, our Privacy Policy, and any membership agreement or waiver you sign. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in Virginia to buy a membership or package on your own. Riders under 18 need a parent or guardian's approval to ride. Every rider must complete a liability waiver before their first class, and must have a photo on file. Waivers are handled through your ClubReady member profile, either by a link we send you or at the front desk.
These rules come from our Studio Policies, which are part of these Terms; please read that page for the full details. A $15 late cancellation fee applies to any booking canceled within 12 hours of the class start time. Members get one free emergency cancellation per month: let the studio know before class starts to have the fee waived, and if class has already started the fee is returned as an account credit you can use for anything except membership dues. No-shows are charged $20, with no exceptions.
A shoe rental fee applies to ClassPass and insurance riders (Wellhub, Renew, and similar), package holders, and drop-ins; first-time paid riders get this fee waived, though that waiver does not apply to ClassPass or insurance riders. Members arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to class, and first-time riders arriving after class start will not be admitted.
You can see our current membership options on this site and at the studio. Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (usually monthly) to the payment method you provide. Your membership renews automatically for successive periods, and we bill the membership fee at the start of each period until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current so payments go through.
Canceling or downgrading a membership requires 30 days written notice, submitted in the studio on a cancellation form. Once the form is signed, we process the cancellation to end 30 days from that date. You are responsible for your very next invoice, and no membership dues after that.
Recurring memberships can be frozen for up to 2 months at a time. A frozen membership is charged a $15 monthly fee starting the first day of the freeze. You cannot cancel while frozen; the membership has to be unfrozen and dues charged first, and cancellation can then begin with that payment acting as the past invoice. Exceptions (for example major illness or injury, or a temporary relocation) are granted only at the discretion of the management team.
Intro offers, packages, and membership dues are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in your membership agreement. Prices and terms can change, and we will give you reasonable notice of any change before it takes effect.
Virginia's Health Club Act gives members certain rights that apply on top of the terms above. These include the right to cancel a new membership within three business days for a full refund, and the right to cancel if you become unable to use the studio for 30 or more days, if we close or move too far from the studio, or in the event of a member's death. Nothing in these Terms or our Studio Policies limits those rights.
It is your responsibility to tell our staff about any significant medical needs or restrictions, such as light or noise sensitivity, before you ride. You should talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program. Both staff and members are expected to be polite and appropriate at all times, and we may refuse service or end a membership for behavior that disrupts the studio or other riders.
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site's normal operation, scrape or copy it with automated tools, attempt to break its security, or use it in any way that breaks the law. The site, our content, and the CycleBar name and logos are protected by copyright, trademark, and other rights, and nothing here gives you a license to use them. Full rules on acceptable use, user content, intellectual property, and copyright complaints (DMCA) are set out in the brand Terms of Use.

Our schedule, booking, and purchase pages run through ClubReady, and parts of this site embed services like Google Maps and Google reviews. We also link to other sites we do not control, such as the corporate CycleBar site and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content, services, or privacy practices of those third parties; their own terms and policies apply.
Information on this site is provided for general purposes and is not medical advice. The site and our services are provided "as is." Limits on our liability, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver, and the governing law that apply to your use of CycleBar websites and services are set out in the brand Terms of Use and, for your membership, in your membership agreement. Please read those documents carefully, as they affect your legal rights.
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above. Your continued use of the site or the studio after we post changes means you accept them.
