The Role

What you'll do

Our instructors help riders improve performance, reach goals, and transform their lives. You bring incomparable energy, training, and charisma to every ride.

Create dynamic playlists using our 12-song sequence to deliver high-energy classes that inspire and motivate riders
Deliver exceptional classes following CycleBar best practices from the Training Manual for a consistent, engaging experience
Actively promote your classes on social media with creative, authentic content
Arrive 30 minutes before each class to set up and ensure new riders are properly introduced and adjusted to their bike
Stay after class to engage with riders in the community room and answer questions or provide support

What we're looking for

Requirements

A deep passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with a desire to inspire others on their journey
The ability to pass a CycleBar audition and complete our rigorous bootcamp training program
An outgoing, personable presence that connects with riders of all fitness levels
Strong communication skills to deliver clear, motivating instruction and an engaging class atmosphere
A commitment to following CycleBar's standards and providing a premium rider experience
