ERICA

Erica has always been a teacher and instructor. From the U.S. Army Medical Corps, ski slopes across the country, and into the classroom at work, she has used her ability to make connections with people for knowledge, empowerment, and movement.

She began instructing indoor cycling in 2024 but took a break to work on her own health and fitness. Now she is back and ready to rock. Erica loves metal, rock, punk, and EDM.

When Erica is not on the podium, she can be found at American University where she is a professor and Academic Advisor for the Sociology Department. Fun fact: Erica is a member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America, and can be found on the slopes every winter or chilling with her cat Luna.
